The only personal data we collect is your email address, and only when you voluntarily submit it via our waitlist form.
We use your email address solely to notify you when Rorqual becomes publicly available. We will never use it for marketing unrelated to Rorqual, and we will never sell or share it with third parties.
We retain your email address until we have notified you that Rorqual has launched, or until you request that we delete it — whichever comes first.
This website does not use cookies or any third-party tracking scripts.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@rorqual.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Your email address is stored in a database accessible only to Rorqual. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorised access.
If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
